Unique Shopi Employment Policy
Introduction
Welcome to Unique Shopi! Our employment policy is designed to establish a structured, professional, and fair working environment for all employees. This document outlines the expectations, benefits, and resources available to you as a valued member of our team.
1. Professional Conduct
- Employees must conduct themselves professionally at all times, demonstrating respect toward colleagues, clients, and company property.

2. Attendance and Punctuality
- Employees must maintain regular attendance and be punctual.
- Any absence must be reported to the supervisor at least 24 hours in advance, except in emergencies.
3. Compensation and Benefits
- Salaries will be paid as per the agreed employment contracts.
- Salary increments and bonuses will be performance-based and subject to company policy.
- Additional benefits may be provided as per the employment agreement.
4. Employment Categories
- Employees may be categorized as full-time, part-time, probationary, or contractual.
- Probationary employees will be evaluated after a defined period before being considered for permanent employment.
- Startup Employees: Employees who join during the startup phase will have the opportunity to become permanent based on their performance. However, during the initial growth phase, no salary will be provided. Once the company achieves financial stability, salaries will be introduced accordingly.
5. Confidentiality and Data Protection
- Employees must maintain strict confidentiality regarding company and client information.
- Unauthorized sharing of company data may result in disciplinary action, including termination.
6. Leave Policy
- Employees are entitled to:
- 12 days of Casual Leave (CL) per year.
- 12 days of Sick Leave (SL) per year.
- Paid leave on national and company-designated holidays.
- Planned leaves require prior approval, while sick leave exceeding two consecutive days requires medical documentation.
7. Work Hours and Overtime
- Employees are expected to work according to their designated schedules.
- Overtime work will be compensated as per company guidelines.
8. Workplace Safety and Compliance
- Employees must follow all workplace safety regulations and company policies.
- Any safety concerns must be reported immediately to management.
9. Termination and Resignation
- Employees who wish to resign must submit a formal resignation letter.
- The resignation will be subject to approval from management.
- Once the resignation is approved, employees must serve a 30-day notice period before their departure.
- Failure to serve the notice period may result in deductions from final settlements or other consequences as per company policy.
- The company reserves the right to terminate employment based on violations of company policies, misconduct, or performance issues.
10. Hiring Process
- All candidates must go through a standardized hiring process, including resume submission, interviews, and skill assessments.
- Background verification may be conducted before final hiring decisions.
11. Amendments and Updates
Unique Shopi reserves the right to modify this employment policy as required. Employees will be notified of any updates to this policy.
